You can spoil red dragons in Dragon Valley for Blessed Enchants and sell them
You can try to find a party for Seed of Annihilation to farm adena/items for sale there (although they MAY request you to have Maestro lvl 80+ for item shop summoning)
You can make a party for Delusion Chamber and farm there, for every character you will get stuff which will be worth around 20-30kk per character per hour.
You can farm monsters in Catacombs/Necropolises (spoil+manor)(manor is a bit tricky to sell , lazy to explain that though)
You can use your subclass characters to farm Raid Boss Instance Zones (Freya,Zaken,Frintezza,Tiat)

You can try to buy items cheaper from people and sell them with a profit ( although if you can't speak Russian it wont be easy, still possible though)
You can do fishing in Hot Springs to get S gemstones and sell them (~45 gemstones per hour per character if you are doing it good enough)
You can gather resources and craft several Rare Moirai Heavy sets and sell them (or something else if you prefer)
You could try finding some people to play with...

These are of course not all of the ways to make adena but what most of spoilers do which don't have a ton characters  to buff themselves trough the roof and farm solo.

Where you have to deal with idiots, because after looking for "randoms" for hour , there is at least one who somehow does not understand the concept of instance cooldown.

For the money you get there, you will have to spend about 150 hours in the same stupid room to pay for that set.

Zaken is waste of time. Frinta/Tiat are nearly impossible to get a party as random person. Freya is limited for class, and twice per week. Last server she gave me Counter Critical book, to sell for billions, the server before that she gave me life stones. She can be a bit bitchy sometimes...

Very good at the start of a server, then it drops to half its price. At that point we are talking about weeks fishing.

Gambling. I love it... sometimes you craft 9 of 10 dyno knives. Sometimes you craft 3 :) And at that point you ask yourself where your time and effort went...

You cant farm with spoil to elegia. 

The amount of money you get with a spoiler, can be matched by other classes, who will simply farm at better locations, and kill more monsters effectively.

 

If you want to get on their level, you need support. And we are talking about at least 4 windows here. Full buff. We are talking about 3 subs. We are talking about good gear. All this takes money and a lot of time to even get started. And then, we are talking about weeks of farming elegia after that.

 

This is not how you make money. You know what I did the first 2 hours of the last server? SE01, SE02, SE03... and so on. Until I got 10 gold from their quest money.  Because this 10 gold now, costs 5 times its money tomorrow. And at the time I sold it it was 0.5kkk. Playing at one PC, how will you do this money with fair work?!?

 

99.99% of the time, you can find me around 9 people who are doing all the work, and I am getting the spoil and manor from champs around them.

And even then, the money is not that good, to be realistic to farm elegia set.

I never claimed that the options i offer will get you Elegia set FAST and with lowest EFFORT/Time. 
When giving my advice i assumed that  the person plays on 1 PC with 3 windows max WITH SPOILER as a MAIN character.
The question of the topic was NOT : What is the fastest way to get Elegia set.

Your contribution to this topic so far is exactly 0 , so you may as well shut up unless you have some advice for the question asked in the topic.

The ways to get Elegia Set fast would be :

*(the ones below are in instance zones where you dont have to PVP)
Gather/Find a group of 6 people (assuming everyone has 1 PC) and farm Freya+Frintezza+Tiat (the most casual option) (ofc i assume that after it you farm other stuff)
Gather/Find a group of ~4 people and farm Nighttime Zaken 7 days a week
Sell 40-75/76 or 80-85 level up services
Gather/Find a group of ~5-6 people and farm Bless Freya 

*(the ones below will require quite a lot of PVP)

(solo) 
Do the quests (where you kill monsters) under Oren at Sel Mahum Training Grounds
Farm in Dragon Valley (scorpions/drakes)  (you will need to have 2 PCs for support)
Farm Catacombs/Necropolises (it must be a place where you can farm 3+ rooms at once)  (you will need to have 2 PCs for support)
Sell level up services in areas outside of instance zones (TOI, Valakas's Lair, Pagan Temple, SOA, Giant's Cave, Tully's Workshop)

(in a group of 2+ people)
Farm in Seed of Annihilation (SOA) or Lair Of Antharas (LOA)  ( the ideal situation is only with 2 people WL+Spoil and supports as windows)
Farm Fortresses for Knight's Epaulette
Farm Tully's Workshop


Extras :

 Kamaloka, Labyrinth of the Abyss 83 (solo)
 
 A mini-game with torches in Room of Secrets ( Monastery of Silence)
 Opening Treasure Chests for a chance of Anakim Scroll
 Crafting Major Arcana Masterwork set
 Crafting Rare weapons/armor
 Selling your Olypiad Points
 Selling Territory War services
 You can join a Constant Party as 10th member and solve their problems for a reward.

Years ago we used to say, that to solve a mathematical problem you can either find all solutions, or prove that no such solutions exist.

I wanted the guy to know, that all this what you suggested, are not valid solutions to get his hands on elegia heavy set, ( because I have been doing all that stuff in the past 10+ years, and I know exactly how much you earn from all those activities) and he should not waste his time even attempting to earn that amount of money doing it.

 

And I was kind enough, to point out specific reasons, at every one of them. So I think I contributed enough...

If anything, I can just say "go to the roulette and bet all on 13, black", and it will be just as good advice as yours.

(Now when I think of it, it may even turn out to be more realistic way to get the set, than most of them...)

Training your BD + Dps + PP/WC  + 3 subclasses in Catacombs and selling everything you drop there in the market will give you enough money to buy weapon 300 ATT  and Dynasty Set. 

Farming solo (on asterios x7 with Luck on ONLY your DPS and kicking out support when farming) pretty much any location 76+ with:
almost any melee DPS (including spoiler class) (3 subclasses+ dynasty set + dynasty weapon (preferably 300 but depends where you farm)) +
WC/PP (78+) +
BD (74+)
 will get you ~50kk an hour + a very very small chance to drop something of value. If you farm 4 hours a day then in just a little bit over a month you will get 10kkk which is more than enough to pay for Elegia Set and you will still have some cash left over.

The options i gave at first have a POSSIBILITY to give more than 50kk an hour (up to around 100kk per hour)

If you get 50kk / hour , and you farm 4 hours, you get 200kk/day. If you get 200kk/day, you need 50 days to get that amount of money.

No skipping, no weekends, nothing. But wait...

 

You say, 3 subclasses right? And 2 windows for buff?

Lets say, you are some kind of god... and you can level 40-75 solo in 4 hours. (Thou, I am cheezing the shit out of it, and never did it in less than 12 hours myself...)

This is another 5 days...

Another 4 hours for questing ... 6 days.

Lets add 3 days for subclass RB farming (a bit optimistic, considering not everyone is taking holiday from work and family to stay 12 hours awake ...) That's 9 days.

 

I can say, we are talking about 2 months of staying every single day in L2 for 4 hours...

No weekends, no pauses.

 

For more casual players, who do not live their life in L2, this is next to impossible. By the time they get 10kkk with farming random locations, the server will close and the next one will open.

Yes its 2 months in the worst case scenario to get Elegia set solo. Mix it up with instance zone raid bosses, 83 Kamaloka , occasional lucky drop (or lucky pig)  maybe buy gold at the market whenever you can to sell it more expensive before you  decide to get Elegia set and the total time to get it will shorten quite a lot. This is not impossible and available for pretty much everyone.

Definitely not better than being in a Group/Constant Party to farm better places but if you can't or are not willing to join one, and don't want to play on 2 PCs then this is pretty much the best you got unless you have a talent/knowledge for market manipulation for income.

Well most people have families, work and life outside of the computer (believe it or not). So spending 4 hours on the computer, every day, for 2 months is pretty much impossible for the majority of the players.

 

I think, the last time I no-lifed it was at the age of Warden server.

It is very much possible to meet your colleagues once a week or bi-weekly , have a family and play 3h+ every day (except when you go out of home ofc) and i did see and did have in my Constant Party quite a lot of people like that. 
Anyway, so what is your advice for the creator of this topic to do (NOT not-to-do) to get his longing hands on Elegia set?
