Client freezing for 5-10 seconds every 1 minute

Been playing here for a year I think, never had this problem.

 

Basically, for the last three days, client started freezing for 5-10s every minute. If I have 2-3 clients open, only one of them is freezing, for example, my main might be freezing, but while its frozen, I can move freely on other clients and I can see my frozen character doing stuff. Some times it was my buffer client that kept freezing, while my main window had zero problems. During the freeze FPS does not change, nor does ping or packet loss. I havent found similar problem in the forum.

 

What can it be?

During freezing, you say you do not change the ping and packet loss.While, the following happens..

There may be problems with some programs that use an Internet connection, Wi-fi router, or Internet service provider.The tracing routing will show you better.

Today I thought this problem has ended, but apparently not. The thing is it is only happening on my third window, that's why I didnt see it at first. Third window is experiencing freezes like in the video, but the window I was playing the most today has no lag/freeze at all.
