Game runs in background

So i just got a new PC build for my needs, and as soon i installed the game and run it , it always going to Background process, Launcher opens and when you click on Start mouse cursor goes loading for 5-6 seconds and then NOTHING, and on task manager it shows running on background.

 

I tried compatibility settings, run as admin, change setting for apps Not run in the background, but still problem exists.

 

Also deleted AMD drivers and used it with the Microsoft ones, still same....

 

Any solution would be more than appreciated here!

Yes, i did, i rolled back to Windows 10 (Clean Format) as this problem occurred since last updates 23H2 and 24H2 of Windows11

 

And the problem is that you cant go back to 22H2 which was the most STABLE update , but i saw on forums that Microsoft is running to solve this problem with a new update.

 

Keep in touch and also check the tech forums , there are many claims regarding this issue in many platforms/Games not only L2.
