Luck will work on all servers (where you can buy it for golds) and also the same applies for additional game window expansion (but window expansion is bought for specific PC and not account) . Premium is divided across all people in party. Premium account and additional "boxes" are considered different things here which you buy separately. I dont know how many you can have yet on an upcoming 1.5x server but on previously opened x1 server it was 1 box per PC and you can buy 1 box extra for 1 gold/week.
