Question about voting

Hello everyone

I'm a new player here and i wanted to ask how to vote here to get these Silver Shilen coins ?? I clicked in the link somewhere on the site and it did move me to the vote site but there i see only: "you cant vote after 00:00"

Could someone be so nice and describe me in a few steps how to vote here ?? Because my russian language is compressed into 2 words

Ok i managed to discover something, when i click on the vote page (http://la2.mmotop.ru/vote/9411/) i should be seeing a picture of the time zone (explenation here: http://forum.asterios.tm/index.php?showtopic=70597)

But for me it says "SET THE TIMER TO MOSCOW TIME" and no matter what i do it always says 00:00 and there should be something alse

I would be very thankfull for someones help

If you have dynamic IP you should send sms to verify your profile.

(Unfortunately I don't remember how much does it cost, but that information you can find there).

No, i don't have dynamic IP but looks like the problem is solved from itsellf because it still doesn't show me the time but i can vote now normaly in the 24h difference
