>.< No I think all ppl who dosent live in Russia needs to create an account at the MMOTOP site. At least I did, and all the ppl in my clan who cares to vote. So make an account at the MMOTOP, corfim the first mail you get, then you'll get another mail, follow the link, put in your phone number and you'll get an SMS (It took me 3 days until i could get an SMS because of errors and shit.) fill in the code you revised in the SMS, and now you should be able to vote. Idk why you need to make all this shit, maybe it's because they want ppl who dosent live in Russia to not vote, so we have a little disadvantage, because all Russians are -Less good players- and they don't want good players to come here and kick there asses :3
