Why admins return STEAL skill 100% for all Soul Breakers? It is not bug?

They do biggest dmg (about 8-10k) and don't care about your jewelry, I have full RB+12 and they still do biggest dmg.

Steal buffs + biggest damage....

I hate then noobs use steal ant teleport, steal and teleport, steal ant teleport!

Maybe need STEAL remake to short range or give for it 30% chance, but not 99% like now.

In this server I play about 1 maybe 2 years. Everything fine, but today my computer has some crash and after that I run lineage 2, choose server and then press "Log in" and then on the right side top write "ping error"

Why? I try update and full check but it still can't log in my account
