command km-all-to-me is supposed to be used by clan leader and summons clan members to him , cost 200k adena. we use it but says incorrect item count. can anyone tell me why?

in the x10 server, all freya areas arent implemented. (beast farm-giants cave-den of evil-plains of lizardmen), when will these work and i see some ppl wearing moirai... since the mobs that drop parts - recipes dont exist, where they get it?
