I TRIED MOVING GAME TO DIFFEREENT LOCATION, DELEETED OPTION.INI, CHANGED REZOLUTION IN OPTION.INI, BUT THE SCREEN JUST FLASSHES BLACK/WHITE 10 TIMES AND THAN ERROR

First of all please use capital letters only in case it is required.
