Game doesn't start

Hey, so i've got a clean client just downloaded it, extracted it to a clean folder, updated it and then made sure that anti-virus ignores it. When i start the game, it just doesn't start, i get a black screen for about 3 minutes and then it crashes. How can i fix this.

EDIT: (FIXED) If anyone has the same problem just go to your system and delete a file called Option.ini
