My character stuck

I am sorry for what I am unable to find a better place to publicate my topic, since I am not allowed to create threads in Параметры игроков. I would like to report about the following problem. My character was hunting in Hunter's Village, where Tamlin Orcs can be found, when he dropped off a clif. Now he is constantly falling off and I cannot do anything to prevent him from doing so. Neither SoE nor /unstuck will work. In time the game itself will crash.

Can you please move my character to Hunter's Village, unstucking him? Character name is Keania.
