судя по базе http://www.linedia.ru/wiki/Forgotten_Scroll_-_Archer%27s_Will должен падать в луко локе с мобов:

Tanta Lizardman Wizard и Tanta Lizardman Soldier.

По базе Астериоса, как и в самой игре, первого моба вообще не существует, со второго же падает книга  Forgotten Scroll: Fighter's Will . 

книгу Forgotten Scroll - Archer's Will на проекте астериос можно достать только по квесту Story of Those Left, либо дропом с Tiat.

Да и просто по логике вещей. локация для луков и книга тоже для луков

Тема всё еще актуальна. В лизардманах по прежнему вместо арчер вила падает файтер вил.

В той же локации должен падать с двух мобов. Точно могу сказать что на ру оффе там же выбивали их пачками.

Changes to Forgotten Scrolls

You can now acquire Forgotten Scrolls while hunting in these locations:

Protection of Rune: Sel Mahum Training Grounds, Wild Beast Reserve, and Fields of Silence/Whispers.

Protection of Elemental: Plains of the Lizardmen, Sel Mahum Training Grounds, Wild Beast Reserve, and Fields of Silence/Whispers.

Protection of Alignment: Plains of the Lizardmen, Sel Mahum Training Grounds, and Fields of Silence/Whispers.

Fighter's Will: Sel Mahum Training Grounds, and Wild Beast Reserve.

Archer's Will: Plains of the Lizardmen.

Magician's Will: Fields of Silence/Whispers.

Deflect Magic, Anti-Magic Armor, Sixth Sense, Expose Weak Point, Hide, Dual Dagger Mastery, Silent Mind, Seven Arrow, Final Secret, Enlightenment - Wizard/Healer, Servitor Barrier, Excessive Loyalty, Mutual Response, Meteor, Starfall, and Turn Stone: Monastery of Silence

You can now acquire Forgotten Scrolls from these epic bosses:

Freya (Hard Mode): Ghost Walking, Flame Hawk, Arrow Rain, Ghost Piercing, Wild Shot, Force of Destruction, Dread Pool, and Flame Armor.

Freya (Normal Mode): Frost Armor, Hurricane Armor, Vampiric Mist, Lightning Shock, Sublime Self-Sacrifice, Blessing of Eva, Lord of Vampire, Seal of Limit, and Spirit of the Phoenix.

Daytime Zaken (Hard Mode): Seed of Revenge, Hell Scream, Eva's Will, Pain of Shilen, Exciting Adventure, Wind Riding, Demolition Impact, and Golem Armor.

И вообще логично, что в локации для лучников падает книга, нужная в первую очередь для лучников, а в локациях для милишников - книга для милишников.
