Hello.

This is directed to the admins of this server.

*Why is the server lagging this way? Why do you restart the server (and the restart takes 10min-200min) all the time?

*Why haven't you translated the words in English correct? For example: The Item Broker says the same thing "Items for sell" and "items to buy" (This means - Show the list of items I can buy). That's just an example, I bet there's at least 100 more incorrect or miss leading sentences in-game. Not to mention during restarts, the announcement says "Halt" the first 1200sec, (Halt - Paus). And in the system messengers I've found at least 10 incorrect messengers.

*Why do you allow ppl to make names with Russian letters? I can NOT type those letters, it's impossible to send mails to those PPL, and even make macros for them. This is a disadvantage for the Eng keyboards.

*I've also found alot of bugs in the pet system. The follow system is very buggy and next to impossible to use as intended.

*Sometimes mobs hits me when they're under the ground, and I can't do anything to kill them. I can't even see them nor get target when they hit me.

And then the big question: Are you aware of all the server lags? When the "fake"(?) "user online" is above 3k, I have a ms lag of about 200, when it's over 4k - 300ms and peaks at about 1000-1500ms. Even if the clients ms says 59-62 ms all the time. I'm not that stupid as I believe in this. When it takes 200-300ms for my char to move, and when i got those lag peaks.

The client has also a few bugs in it.

*When you're typing your login nick and password, it's lagging and takes about 200ms before the input. This means, I can not type in my name fast nor use my macros.

*When I've shutdown my client/clients, it is still running in the background. I have a 4 core CPU, and it takes 25% of my CPU performance (1 core - Since L2 only has support for 1 core CPU.

You're saying that this is THE best game server. Well according to me it's not. You've ran the server for 6years, and I can find alot of "baby bugs".

*The AOE skills are not retail like. They're suppose to hit 28-34 mobs (in different chronicle, i believe in h5 it's 32 or something.) With my tyrants Force Burste and Force Storm I can hit about 18-20mobs, and with flame strike about 15mobs.

*Ther's always different bugs with the skills: This morning I could not use my toggle skills. A few days ago I did not get any force inc when I hit someone.'

In this forum, all the important information is in Russia, and so are the topic making tools, menus and all. When my clan arrived here, I was one of the few who could read all those letters you are using, because I use Google chrome. So for me it's not really that hard to translate all the words, but if you're not using Chrome as your web browser, it's next to impossible to understand. And you can't use google translate without chrome, since the forum etc. uses secured information. If you wish all ppl to follow the rules you should make it in English as well. Why? Because English is one of the international languishes!!!! And I'm not from an English speaking country!

I'm not trying to offend any of the admins. I know you're doing a great job and offering alot of your time to make this server good for all of us. But please read my feedback and don't just ignore it / remove it, like you've done before. We're the ppl of your server, without us, there's no you.

If you do not remove this topic, I will put all the bugs I find here, listed and with SS if needed.

-Just cause it's a Russian server it dosent mean that the names has to be in Russia. I've played at other Russian servers where they used "normal" letters. I have nothing against it. It's just that I can not send letters/mail or type a PM to them (I can type PM if i right click at the name in chat, but then they need to write something first).

-I changed to English in the menu now. But most stuff is still in Russia, same as with the Main Site where you create the accounts etc. Also the whole server rules are written in Russia. But thanks for the try.
