Why admins return STEAL skill 100% for all Soul Breakers? It is not bug?

They do biggest dmg (about 8-10k) and don't care about your jewelry, I have full RB+12 and they still do biggest dmg.

Steal buffs + biggest damage....

LOL!?

I hate then noobs use steal ant teleport, steal and teleport, steal ant teleport!

Maybe need STEAL remake to short range or give for it 30% chance, but not 99% like now.

This character like bug in Lineage 2.

Why it lie? Steal is not completed skill - steals a lot of buffs, but reuse time is fixed and increased.

You speak about char who can kill tanks easy in oly and that all what he can in this chronicle if you want to take from SB steal(only this skil is good for pvp)beter send mail to NCSoft to delete kamaels form the game(High Five kill this race enough)

PS :steal is skils form few chronicle if you remember SB was maybe most overpower char in l2 from Gracia Final (100% steal 7 bufs and LightningShock)but now this char is mage with chance to steal some bufs and blink but SB dont have cast,magic atack,robe mastery,magican will and etc.Maybe SB is strong for some chars in oly but thats all.
