So the NPCs at night only spawn when Von Hellman is on? They usually spawned at night without the Raid Boss

So the quest required you to meet Dorian at night in the cursed village, but none of the NPCs spawn at night. Is something changed in this server?

Not looking at the fact that raising the price does nothing to reduce the abundance of offline shops (40lvl 2nd class would actually be a good idea), at what point did I say the price being high was the issue? The issue was them bumping it up, 2 gold for a week of PA today? maybe 3 gold tomorrow? maybe 4 gold a week after that?

So yeah, the price for off-shop went from 1 Silver to 2 Silvers. Is there a reason for this? Are the Admins gonna keep raising the prices when they feel like it?
