Escaflew

Hello, I just started playing on the new x55 server and I get this weird bug. I can't use my camera normally, it always reset itself slowly from whatever point I put it to look up from the character feet into the sky.. Everytime I move it somewhere and as long as I stop moving the camera, it slowly goes back to upper view point from my character point. Is there any way to fix that? I tried every settings in the option menu, did a full check and still not a single solution..
