VT-d is disabled in BIOS. I do not have any virtual machines installed at all. In Task Manager under CPU performance it still shows that Virtualization is ENABLED. Don`t fcking understand wtf is going on.

I did this /set hypervisorlaunchtype off in cmd as admin and restarted my PC to take an effect as you explained, but it is still giving me the same error msg as I am trying to start the game.
