What about port 7777 he doesnt need to unblock it?

I'm a newbie in this server. I came to play here with some of my friends. And one friend is living in student home. Which was provided him by his colege. And he has this servers IP/Ports blocked. Could i please get attention of the server admins/gms, or forum mods. could you please provide with following: x3 server IP login server IP and ports for both, that he could play with us. ----------- Thank you.
