To be honest with you we are gaining more active members than we are losing so we can back up - in short we are growing.
Alliance is made from 3 clans:
SmithsOfDestiny with leader Welniukstee - This clan is recommended for LT people, howewer they are speaking english.
Vengeance with leader Aresh - This clan is recommended for english players, we are using teamspeak III to communicate with each other.
MagicR with leader IVA - This clan is recommended for also fluent speaking english players, they are using Skype to chat and discuss with each other
We are from lithuana, poland, greece, united kingdom, portugal, france, deutschland and other NA/EU countries. We are speaking english and we are recruiting english speaking players, that clan which you will join is your choose, we are playing togheter since it is more like 40 to 1 in PvP content
All you need to be is being organized, improve yourself, english speaking and active 4 hours per day(otherwise you will not be able to achieve anything with lower online since making EQP, Level, enchant takes time
