Если проблема связана с новым клиентом, прочтите тему решение проблем с новым клиентом, он помогает с большинством проблем запуска и входа в игру. Если предыдущая ссылка не поможет, прочтите топик с решением основных проблем с игрой, скорее всего решение проблемы уже описано в нём.
