Не могу ничего ни купить, ни продать, игра вылетает. Помогите!

Добрый день всем, помогите девушке решить проблему с игрой. Такое сообщение появляется когда я пытаюсь что-нибудь купить, продать или обменять. Сразу выкидывает на рабочий стол с такой вот ошибкой. Буду всем благодарна за помощь, потому что сама в этом ничего не понимаю. Клиент удаляла, заново скачивала, проверяла фул, выключала антивирус и ничего не помогает.
